Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling can be addictive, so keep it as entertainment. Underage gambling is an offence and every player must be at least 18.
Deposit limits
You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits on your account.
Check your play
Ask yourself from time to time whether you keep playing after trying to stop, play alone for long periods, hide your gambling from others, avoid spending gambling money on anything else, or have lost interest in family and friends. If the answer is yes, take a break and ask for help.
Self-exclusion
You can exclude yourself for a set period or permanently. Send your request by email to [email protected], because requests made in chat are not accepted. The exclusion starts once you receive our confirmation email. Shortening or ending a time exclusion must be requested in writing and comes with a 24-hour cooling-off period. During self-exclusion you cannot keep a balance, receive bonuses or open new accounts, and when the period ends the account reopens automatically.
